RESULTS
Results will be available live after the race here. We use MyLaps Timing system. There will be a timing chip on the back of your race bib and their will be timing mats placed along the course and at the finish line.
BBAWARDS
IN-PERON EVENT AWARDS (Half Marathon & 8k)
Overall top 3 male/female and masters overall male/female (both races) will be awarded a custom Black Bear Half Marathon & 8k mug!
1st place in each age group will also be awarded a mug
– Fleet Feet Asheville will also provide Gift Certificates to the overall and masters winners.

12 and under, 13-19, 20 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 – 69, 70 – 79, 80 and up
VIRTUAL EVENT AWARDS (Half Marathon & 8k)
Overall male and female finishers in the Virtual Event will also receive an award.
AWARDS CEREMONY
We will have an awards ceremony in Patton Park in Hendersonville near the finish line!
8k Awards: 10 AM
Half-Marathon Awards: 10:30 AM
Prizes and Awards can be picked up the week after the event at Fleet Feet Asheville or shipped for $10.
POST RACE CELEBRATIONS
• We are pleased to have Emcee Bryan Byrd ‘B2 (B Squared)’ at the Black Bear Half and 8k!
• Relax and celebrate at the Oklawaha Brewing Company (put address) on race weekend (Fri, Sat, or Sunday). Get a FREE ‘Flagship’ Beer – light/hoppy/dark options ! Bring your ‘beer ticket’ on your race number to redeem. Must be 21 and over. TIp not included, please be generous with your tip to our amazing service workers and bartenders!

Half-Marathon Awards: 11:30 AM
